Choosing a color
White Light
Warm White

Warm White is most popular light color for residential applications and has a bit of a gentle/soft warmth/yellowish hue to it. Warm white is the same color as a standard incandescent light bulb, which is 2700K.
Cool White

Cool white is popular for commercial (office/hospital/medical/municipal) applications. It is also very popular in modern-style residential projects. Cool white is a very pure white, it doesn't really have any yellowish or blueish hue. Cool white is the same color as most fluorescent light bulbs, which is 4000K.
Day White (Daylight White)

DayWhite TM is the brightest LED light color that we offer and is popular in industrial and other applications where a high color temperature and high brightness is desired. DayWhite is an ultra-pure white, with a bit of a blue-ish hue, designed to mimic the color of natural sunlight. It is the same color as metal halide bulbs, which is 6000K.
Colored Light
If you're looking for a specific color of light output, we also offer a variety of colored LEDs, including: Blue, Green, Red and Yellow.
RGB/Multi-Color
We also manufacture many fixtures in an RGB Version. An RGB fixture is capable of producing virtually any color of the rainbow. RGB stands for red/green/blue and this type of light mixes red/blue/green colored LEDs to create an endless variety of color options.

Choosing a beam angle
What is beam angle?
The beam angle is the angle at which light exits your light fixture. The larger the number, the wider the beam of light that is emitted from the light fixture. Most standard residential and commercial fixtures are a flood-light (60 degree) beam angle. However, spotlight (15 degree) beam angles are very popular for highlighting art work/sculptures, or for areas where you want to direct light at a specific place or object.

Choosing the right voltage
Residential & Commercial Applications
For residential and commercial applications, you typically have the choice between using line voltage (120VAC) lights and low voltage (12 or 24VDC) lights. Whenever possible, most electricians usually try to use line voltage (120VAC) lights, since you don't need to purchase a seperate power supply. If using low voltage, 24VDC (24 volts DC) is the most popular option for residential (under-cabinet, kitchen, cove molding, accent lighting, etc.) and commercial (architectural, signage, safety, accent lighting, etc.) applications. 24VDC is a safe, low voltage and is the most stable and reliable voltage for your LED strip lights.
Automotive, RV, Boat & Battery Applications
12VDC (12 volts DC) is popular for automotive, recreational vehicle, boat/marine applications, or other installations where you are connecting your lights to a 12VDC battery.
